Central District Shooting Investigation

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 9:54 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of South Central Street and Fleet Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed two 16-year-old males suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. One male's injury could possibly be a graze wound. Medics transported the victims to an area hospital to receive treatment for their injuries.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 1000 block of Granby Street.

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 8 p.m., officers responded to the Unit block of South Schroeder Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 14-year-old female and a 17-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported both victims to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Dr Benjamin Quarles Place to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment to his injury. The victim is listed in critical condition.

Southwest District detectives responded. Due to the victims condition Homicide detectives were notified.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 12:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to investigate a reported call for a shooting in the 600 block of Glenn Allen Drive.

Officers responded to the location and observed a 49-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
