Central District Homicide Investigation

On September 23, 2023, at approximately 11:01 p.m., Central District officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. Mulberry Street for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced decreased.

A short time later, a 22-year-old male walked in a local hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound. His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

Detectives have learned that both victims were shot in the 100 block of E. Mulberry Street.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.

Southeast District Homicide Investigation

On September 23, 2023, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Southeast District officers responded to the 400 block of N. Curley Street for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 38-year-old male and unidentified male, both suffering from gunshot wounds.

The unidentified male was pronounced deceased on scene. The 38-year-old male victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries. 

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.
