Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 11:27 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 4500 block of Edmondson Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 34-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right forearm. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim is being uncooperative with investigators; the incident location is unknown at this time.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 2:25 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in victim seeking treatment.

Once at the hospital, officers located an 18-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent grazed wound to the head. The victim is listed in stable condition.

The victim stated he was on an unknown block of Harford Road when he was shot.

Southeast District Homicide Investigation

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 1:13 a.m., Southeast District officers responded to the 400 Block of North Montford Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Once at the location, officers found an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 10:10 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 30-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
