Northwest District Murder Arrest
On Jan. 5, 2024, at approximately 3:50 p.m., officers arrested 39-year-old Brandon Fullard of Baltimore.
Detectives believe that Fullard was involved in the murder of 31-year-old Brian Richardson on Nov. 12, 2023, in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard.
Detectives transported Fullard to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with 1st degree murder and additional charges.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation
On Nov. 12, 2023, at approximately 2:02 p.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 31-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he will receive treatment for his injury.
Northwest District Shooting detective responded and assumed control over this investigation.
