On October 28, 2023, at approximately 12:31 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of North East Avenue in the rear alley to investigate a reported shooting incident. 

Once at the location, officers located a 43-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
