Southwest District Homicide Arrest

In reference to the homicide that occurred on August 16, 2023, in the Southwest District, investigators have arrested 24-year-old Cedaria Luckey from Randallstown.

Investigators learned that Luckey shot and killed 24-year-old Nykiah Collins while in 1000 block of West Baltimore Street.

Detectives arrested Luckey on September 23, 2023, and transported her to Central Booking Intake Facility, where she has been charged with 1st-degree murder.

Southwest District Homicide Investigation

On August 16, 2023, at approximately 11:02 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of West Baltimore Street, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located an adult female, unresponsive, with an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
