Western District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred on June 20, 2023, in the Western District, investigators have arrested 37-year-old Darryl Davis of Baltimore.

Investigators believe that Davis shot a 41-year-old female while in the 1900 block of Windsor Avenue.

Detectives arrested Davis on Oct. 28, 2023, and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On June 20, 2023, at approximately 8:48 a.m., officers responded to an area hospital for reports of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 41-year-old female suffering from an apparent graze wound to the upper arm. The victim stated she was shot in the area of the 2000 block of Windsor Avenue and Payson Street.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 1900 block of Windsor Avenue.

Northern District Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call them at 410-396-2455.
