On January 17, 2023, 18-year-old Devin Wilson was placed under arrest. 

On January 18, 2023, at approximately 1:35 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in response to reports of a cutting. 

30-year-old Michael Harrell Jr., of Randallstown, has been formally charged with illegally possessing a firearm as well as other related offenses.

On January 17, 2023, at approximately 7:59 p.m., the Fire Department and Northeast District officers were dispatched to a home in the 400 block of North East Avenue to investigate a dwelling fire. 

 

On January 17, 2023, at approximately 5:54 p.m., Northeast District officers were dispatched to the 5900 block of Radecke Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
